Located in the heart of West campus, our garage is the perfect place to park while you visit the campus or shop in the retail store. Our parking garage is located directly behind the store at 2214 San Antonio St.

Hourly rate: $4/hour

Daily rate: $28

Customers that shop in the store get 2 hours for free with the QR code on the receipt.

Contract Parking


We have a select number of parking spots that we set aside for contract parking in the garage behind our store. We operate using a customer waitlist so that when new spots become available, we reach out to the next person on the list.


Please note that you will be directed to a Chargebee-branded portal to add yourself to our waitlist. We have partnered with Chargebee to help make our parking garage experience more efficient. In the portal, you will be asked to fill out your personal information and pay a $20 non-refundable deposit. Only upon receiving a parking spot offer will the $20 fee be credited to your first month’s payment.

We operate off a garage waitlist. As spots open, we reach out to the next customer on the list. There is a $20 fee to add your name to the list, and if a contract is granted, the $20 fee is credited to your account. Please click the Chargebee link below to add your personal and credit card information to get on the waitlist.


All contract parkers are expected to park on the 3rd floor and above. Contract parkers are not guaranteed a covered spot.


The University Co-op does not guard or assume liability for any vehicle or contents within a vehicle. The customer is to park and lock his/her own vehicle at his/her own risk.

CO-OP GARAGE PARKING FAQ

+Can I only park at the University Co-op garage if I shop at the store?

:No, you do not have to purchase anything at the Co-op if you want to park here, but purchases do guarantee 2 hours of free parking. The University Co-op parking garage is open to all visitors within the area. Of course, we would love if you visit the store while around UT, but it’s not necessary.

+I ADDED MYSELF TO THE WAITLIST BUT I HAVEN’T HEARD BACK; WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We’re currently on a Wait List and offer new spaces to customers on a first-come, first-served basis. Because we offer a variety of short and long-term options, our availability changes every month, especially leading up to the start or end of each Term. We’ll contact you as soon as we can accommodate a space for you.

+WHAT IS CHARGEBEE?

Chargebee is our billing and operator partner that allows our customers to seamlessly enter their payment information, choose the subscription that works best for them, and commence a parking contract in an efficient and streamlined process.

The garage is located at 2214 San Antonio St, Austin, TX 78705, right behind the main Co-op store.

+How do I get additional information around contract parking? Or key events that I might want to partner with the garage for?

+If I shop in the store and park longer than the 2 free hours, how does that work?

The QR code from the store receipt will credit 2 hours’ worth of time to the duration of your parking. This is equal to $8 of parking.

+Does the garage have specific usage hours?

Daily parking is available 24/7.

+How far is the football stadium from The Co-op garage?

DKR is about .9 miles from the garage. We do offer gameday parking for home football games for $40. The garage is one of the easiest places to park for UT events as you miss most of the traffic around the stadium when arriving and leaving. It’s a walk but it’s a great way to get some extra steps in for your day!
